HOA Newsletter Generator provides newsletter creation tools with templates, editing features, and PDF export. We offer both free and paid (Pro) tiers. The free tier includes a watermark on exports; Pro removes the watermark.
You retain ownership of all content you create. You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to any text, photos, or other content you add to your newsletters. You grant us permission to store and process your content to provide the service.
You agree not to use the service for illegal activities, to harass others, to distribute malware, or to violate others' intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro upgrades are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final; see our Refund Policy for details. Prices may change but will not affect existing purchases.
We provide the service "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
